George Spicer Newsletter - 20th December 2024
As we approach the end of another busy term, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past few months and share a message with you all.
At George Spicer Primary School, we are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our pupils, staff, and the entire school community. Despite the challenges we have faced, your children have continued to thrive, and we are grateful for your unwavering support.
As we look ahead to the upcoming holidays, I would like to encourage you all to take some time to rest, recharge, and enjoy quality time with your families. These precious moments are so important for our well-being and can help us return to school feeling refreshed and ready to continue our learning journey.
During this holiday season, I would also like to remind everyone of the importance of kindness and understanding. Our school values of equality, resilience, determination, responsibility, kindness, and respect have been the foundation of our community, and it is crucial that we continue to uphold these principles in our interactions with one another.
Remember, we are all in this together, and by supporting and lifting each other up, we can create an environment where every child and family feels valued and respected.
I wish you all a safe and joyful holiday season. Enjoy your family time together – it is presence not presents that really matters! We look forward to welcoming you back in the new year, ready to continue our mission of "Learning Well today to live a better tomorrow."
