Sky Blue Monday
On Monday we will be having our wear sky blue day – this will be a non-uniform day but with a blue requirement. Donations will be accepted on the day and all monies gifted will go to the Ruth Strauss Foundation, please click on the link to see what vital work they do. I myself lost my own Dad at 15 years old, after seeing him suffer and battle cancer when he was first diagnosed when I was just 11. Experiencing this from such a young age has had a profound effect on every part of my life and I can tell you that the work this unbelievable charity does will make such a positive difference. I know the family in our school have all felt incredibly supported and are very grateful for any money we can raise.
Thank you from FoGs
Thank you to the whole school community for coming together for another successful Summer Fun Day.
Thank you to all those parents and staff who volunteered to run stalls. It was a really lovely day and we couldn’t do it without your support.
And thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed themselves. With your help we raised a grand total of £5,000!! Which will go towards funding a new PA system for the school.
Finally a big thanks goes to the FoGS team who worked super hard over the past few weeks to get everything organised for the fair.
Look out for our FoGs end of year newsletter for more info and upcoming events for next year."
